so we broke it down so you know what to expect each step of the way!
1. CALL CONSULT
First we'll chat about your brand.
Things like, what type of content you need, number of assets, budget, timeline and just the overall ~*vibes~.
You'll receive a final estimate + proposal before moving forward with your booking.
Your shoot is confirmed with your signature and deposit!
Our Process
2. ART DIRECTION
Once you're booked the fun begins! We love if you can send some visual references of things you like (or things you don't like)!
We'll put together our vision of the shoot for you - shot lists, mood boards, props, colors, and creative concepts.
Review it, approve it, and we'll make IT happen!
3. PHOTO SHOOT
Now that we have all the visual planning done, it's time for the physical labor (of love)!
We will source, shop, and prep all the perfect props and backdrops for your set.
We spend the day before the shoot prepping and organizing so we're ready for the most exciting part...The photoshoot!!
4. POST PROCESS
After the shoot is complete, give us about 2 days to process and send your image preview - we know, the anticipation!
Once you get your gallery of RAW images, you pick the images you want edited, included with your original quote.
Final images will be delivered within 3 weeks, or less!

WHAT KINDS OF PRODUCTS DO YOU WORK WITH?
All kinds! To be honest, there's not much we haven't worked with! We've got experience in food and beverage, linens, florals, pets, cannabis, apparel, accessories, wellness, you name it!
HOW MUCH DOES A PHOTOSHOOT COST
the cost of the shoot really depends on the scale of the shoot. Size of the sets, amount of images and styling (just to name a few) are all things that need to be considered before we give you a final quote.
If you have a basic "table top sized" product, you need 25 images for your social media, no food or drinks, some props, you could expect to spend anywhere from $1800 - $2500 depending how complex the images are.
DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE DEALS?
We offer Full Day Rates, which include photography, styling and retouching for a select amount of images, which is kind of a package deal!
We're happy to put together a custom package for you with upfront pricing, so you know exactly what you're getting before hand!
We also offer A La Carte pricing for if you need just a few images, but not a full day's worth.
WHO BUYS THE PROPS?
We're flexible when it comes to the props!
Whether you have props of your own to supply, or you want us to curate and source your whole shoot (we know alllllll the good spots) we're open to however you want to do it!
IF YOU SOURCE THE PROPS, HOW DOES THE PROP BUDGET WORK?
Before your shoot, we create a Shoot Plan that breaks down all the details of what we're planning to do. This will include props, as well as a budget for the props. That budget will be a flat rate price that includes the props, supplies, and sourcing. Any props purchased specifically for your shoot are yours to keep if you want them!
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET?
Because every shoot is different and some products might take longer to set up and shoot than others, we really can't give an exact number until we chat with you :) Once we discuss what types of images and styling the shoot will entail, we can provide you with a select amount of images included in your shoot price.
WHAT DOES "A SELECT AMOUNT OF IMAGES" MEAN?
Ah, yes, you've seen this term mentioned and you want to know what exactly that means...
So basically, once we chat a little about your needs, we'll figure out just how many different images we can cover in the day. Once we have an idea of how long it will take, we can tell you how many images we can include in your package.
WHO CHOOSES THE FINAL IMAGES?
First we will go through the images on our end and pick out the best shots of each category. We'll try to give you only the best shots, but lots of variations to choose from. You'll get a link to view your Proof Gallery, where you can mark your favorite shots. Once you've confirmed your selections, we'll start editing!
WHAT IF I WANT MORE PHOTOS THAN THE SELECTED AMOUNT?
This happens all the time! Sometimes it's hard to choose, so don't worry, you can always add on additional photos to your package for a discounted rate!
CAN I SEE THE PHOTOS DURING THE SHOOT?
Yes and no...
We've found that it's just not time efficient to send photos to the client during a regular shoot. While that is the case, we're happy to include this for an additional rate to cover extra time on set.

WHERE DO YOU SHOOT FROM?
I work from my home studio in sunny Los Angeles California!
CAN I COME TO THE SHOOT?
Maybe :) I have 2 cats and I work from my home studio, so I do limit the amount of people allowed on set.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIVE NEAR YOU?
No worries, we shoot remotely for anyone, anywhere in the world! If you can have your product delivered to us, then we can shoot it for you! We just ask that you cover the cost of any return shipping, if needed :)
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
It depends on the project and level of retouching needed per image, but a good average is 2-3 weeks for most full-day shoots!
DO YOU SHOOT AMAZON PRODUCTS?
Absolutely! Our studio is well-versed in how to shoot for Amazon specification, as well as any type of e-commerce shots. We can product perfect shots of your product on pure white or transparent backgrounds (or any color you give us!)
WILL THE PHOTOS FIT MY WEBSITE?
Yes we can make sure your photos are sized to be high resolution for your website and social media.
Websites have their own sizing, so it's most efficient if you can provide us with measurements directly from your website, a ratio (4x5, 1x1, 16x9, ect) Even just letting us know if you need horizontal shots or vertical shots ahead of time is helpful to make sure your photos can be used for how you need them!
WHO OWNS THE PHOTOS?
Becca M Creative will be the owner of the photos, but it won't affect how you're able to use them!
With each photoshoot, the digital photos you purchase will be yours to use forever (yes, forever!) The only time you need to worry about using your images would be for Paid Print Advertising larger than 8 x 10in.
For example, if your brand wants to run an ad in a magazine, that may require some additional licensing.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PHOTOS?
Oh no :( This is the worst case scenario! We've yet to experience this but, it's always a possibility in the creative world.
We want to provide absolutely amazing images and service to you, always! But if for some reason our visions just aren't aligning when you see the photos, the original deposit is non-refundable, but we are absolutely committed to a resolution where you are satisfied with the final product!
